Another van in the garage today, This one is a Peugeot Bipper 1.3, blown turbo and running on it’s own engine oil (always fun). Stripped it all down although it was fairly obvious what the problem was from the start, the DPF was full to the brim and solid, nothing was going to clear this little van, it was way to late to salvage, new parts ordered and an update to the ECU, hopefully will mean it won’t happen again.
Strangely this one didn’t have PAT fluid like most Peugeot do, so only the DPF to contend with, the owner had given up on this little van, lets see what happens tomorrow now all the new parts have arrived!
