Mercedes Adblue issues, today we needed to sort this C220 that was on countdown for an Adblue issue, these later type Mercedes are on a revised Delphi CRD3 ECU type which means they cannot be flashed via OBD port and need physically removing from the vehicle and bench flashing, before all that though, a diagnostic scan and reset was carried out! Then we applied our remap solution to the ECU, once refitted it was testing time.
We start the vehicle multiple times to make sure the vehicle is acting correctly and as it should, and there are no more warnings coming up on the dash, this is a fairly straight forward remap and usually cures 99% of Adblue issues! To find out more contact us here
